good news

I interviewed for a FABULOUS position at a LOVELY school today. I really feel like I could spend a good chunk of my career there. They said they'd let me know by Friday. Here's to hoping all goes well! I felt the interview went very well, but you never know. Sigh. I can taste the freedom...

    My coworker's daughter got a job today at a school. Want me to rub his cubicle and then rub my monitor for luck?

    Thanks, all. I will let you know as soon as I know something. I just have an intense desire to have a job where I can stay for a long long time. Most educators have burnt out and left the field by now, so I at least count myself blessed enough to still be teaching.
