no phone call

Need I say more? Should I count it as a blessing? I mean, really, they told me they'd call by last Friday and here I am now still waiting for a call after being told they were interviewing another candidate today and would call today. I REALLY wanted to get out of here!!! Sigh. I'm going to drink a glass of wine tonight and wallow.

    I hate to say this but my guess would be that you are not their first pick. They are probably waiting for someone else to decline an offer before moving down the list.

    That's my honest feeling. So the question is do you really want to move to this place or from your current job? If the answer is the later, I would cut bait and work on setting my self up for a new job next school year through networking and maybe some extra certifications.

    Just my thoughts and best of luck.
